Statute

  1. General Provisions
    These Regulations define the rules for using the services provided by CONTINENTAL E&M SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with headquarters Seweryna Mielżyńskiego 14 61-725 Poznań, via the website continentalcar.pl.

    We offer rental of luxury cars with a driver for intercity transfers and other transport services specified in the offer. Detailed information about available vehicles and service prices can be found on our website.

  3. Reservation of services
    - Reservations can be made via the form available on the website.
    - Confirmation of the reservation is made after payment of the advance or the full amount for the service.
    - The customer is obliged to provide true and current data during the reservation process.

  5. Payments
    • Payments for services are made via bank transfer or other available payment methods.
    • The full service fee must be paid before the transfer is processed, unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Cancellation of reservation
    • The client has the right to cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, otherwise we reserve the right to retain the advance payment.
  7. Responsibility
    CONTINENTAL E&M SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIELNOŚCIĄ is committed to providing services in accordance with the highest standards. However, we are not responsible for events resulting from force majeure, such as weather conditions or actions beyond our control.
  8. Complaints
    • The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of improper performance of the service.
    • Complaints should be submitted in writing to the following e-mail address: rezerwacja@continentalcar.pl. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days.
